In this context, Star Scientific Limited refers to, Star Scientific Europe, Planet Power Finance, Star Scientific Singapore, Planet Power Systems Singapore, each of which is a separate legal entity, and their respective affiliates.

• to other Star Scientific Group offices located overseas;
